Job summary

Molex’s Connected Enterprise Solutions team is seeking a Technical Product Specialist with a technical or engineering background to support copper and fiber connectivity solutions. You will join a global Product Management group that values curiosity, data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with Engineering, Sales, Operations and Supply Chain to translate customer needs into product priorities, contribute to NPI, analyze performance and help position Molex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or a related discipline.
• Technically curious and comfortable learning how products and systems work.
• Analytical and comfortable working with data to understand business and product performance.
• Able to communicate conclusions clearly and work across functions.
• Experience working in international environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support roadmap translation of customer and market needs into product priorities.
• Participate in New Product Introduction projects from concept to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Gather customer and field feedback and translate into product requirements.
• Analyze product performance including revenue, growth and portfolio trends.
• Research competitor products and market developments to identify opportunities.
• Support pricing and business-case analysis for products.
• Build knowledge of copper and fiber connectivity technologies to position solutions.
• Drive actions across cross-functional projects to move initiatives forward.
• Contribute to portfolio improvement initiatives covering cost, quality, and performance.
