Job summary

Molex DSS is seeking a Project Engineer at the Rokitki site to drive product and process transfer projects, equipment implementation and capability expansion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage detailed project plans, and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and financial targets.

You will contribute to new manufacturing capabilities, supplier engagement and international collaboration while delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in engineering, project management, manufacturing or industrialization.
• Experience leading cross-functional transfer/implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects related to product transfers, process transfers and equipment implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans with scopes, milestones and risks.
• Coordinate activities across Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Ensure on-time delivery and alignment with safety, quality and cost goals.
• Prepare KPI reports and executive level updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution and process readiness.
