Job summary

Equinor is seeking an experienced engineer to own and manage condition monitoring systems for an offshore wind farm. You will analyse vibration, oil, temperature, and other CMS data to detect faults and optimise alarms and performance.

You will provide recommendations for predictive maintenance, support reliability investigations, and help advance maintenance strategies. Collaboration with CMS vendors, OEMs, and service providers is essential, with clear reporting of asset health trends.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in condition monitoring, reliability engineering, or advanced equipment diagnostics.
  • Knowledge of signal analysis and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Experience interpreting condition monitoring and asset health data.
  • Familiarity with SCADA, CMS, and reliability management systems.
  • Fluency in English language is a requirement. Polish language skills are beneficial.

What does the job involve?

Being responsible for managing and optimising condition monitoring technologies and asset health programs to support reliability-centred and predictive maintenance strategies across offshore wind farm assets.

The role also includes analysis of condition monitoring data, identification of developing equipment failures, optimisation of monitoring systems, and provision of technical recommendations to improve asset reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
