Anshar Studios is seeking a talented ConceptArtist to join our team and contribute to upcoming projects. This is an on-site only position based in our office in Katowice, Poland.

As a Concept Artist, you will design visually striking concepts, collaborate with art directors, and develop designs from sketches to polished assets, guiding 3D asset creation with detailed breakdowns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or equivalent software.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software for block-outs or visualization.
• Strong understanding of perspective, composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience integrating feedback into iterative designs.
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and tools for creating game visuals.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level).
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level).
