Job summary

Anshar Studios in Katowice, Poland is seeking a talented Concept Artist to join our team and contribute to upcoming projects. This is an on-site only position based in our office in Katowice, Poland.

You will design and create concept art that aligns with the game's creative vision, collaborating closely with art directors to ensure cohesive world-building and asset production.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Procreate, or equivalent software.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software for block-outs or visualization.
• Strong understanding of perspective, composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience integrating feedback into iterative designs.
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and tools for creating game visuals.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level).
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level).

About Us

Anshar Studios is seeking a talented Concept Artist to join our team and contribute to our upcoming projects. Founded in 2012, Anshar Studios focuses on 1st and 3rd party game development for all major gaming platforms. Working with Anshar gives you the opportunity to develop your skills, participate in challenging projects, and team up with a bunch of skilled people with a passion for video games.

This is an on-site only position based in our office in Katowice, Poland.
