Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Construction & Commissioning Electro Engineer to support Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 offshore wind projects in Poland. You will monitor electrical construction activities, develop commissioning strategies, and coordinate electrical commissioning across the wind farm.

The role requires a hands-on leader with at least eight years in construction and commissioning, and valid Polish SEP E and D licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or Lead Engineer in construction and commissioning projects.
• Valid Polish SEP E and D electrical licenses (unrestricted).

Responsibilities

• Monitoring offshore construction activities from the Investor’s perspective within the Electrical discipline, covering WTG systems, subsea cables, and Offshore Substation electrical installations
• Acting as part of the Construction & Commissioning team, contributing to the development and review of commissioning strategies, procedures, commissioning plans, switching schedules, and related documentation
• Providing overall coordination and planning of electrical commissioning activities across the wind farm
• Ensuring cross-package alignment of electrical construction and commissioning planning as well as execution activities
• Planning, scheduling, and tracking commissioning works to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Participating in and evaluating FATs, SATs, punch list reviews, and various site inspections
• Supporting and coordinating construction follow-up inspections, mechanical completion (MC) inspections, RFCC processes, and handover to Operations
• Providing flexible support to other site management functions, including logistics, warehousing, and planning when required
