Job summary

Persán is a multinational home care and personal care producer seeking a Controlling Specialist to analyze budgets, design indicators, and monitor expenditures and revenues across the company. The role involves coordinating with various departments and the Information Systems team to ensure accurate budgeting and reporting.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in controlling/audit, a degree in Economics/Finance, strong English, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Business is a plus.
• High level of English.
• Analytical, strong communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Analyze discrepancies between the prepared budget and actual expenses and revenues.
• Design qualitative and quantitative indicators to monitor and support decisions.
• Monitor the budget for availability of structural orders.
• Manage disposal and proper allocation of obsolete packaging and containers.
• Verify the consistency of information and ensure correct allocation of expenses and revenues.
• Analyze the consistency of departmental budgets and propose improvements.
• Request necessary information from departments for budgets and monthly closings.
• Coordinate with Information Systems to resolve cross-department issues.
• Collaborate with departments on procedures and with IS on new developments.
