Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; able to work at least 30h/week.
• Fluent in English and Polish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Past internship or work experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Fast learner, proactive, team player, open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Support RBUL with general administrative tasks.
• Analyze Excel data and prepare monthly updates.
• Assist regional brand management and coordinate with marketing teams.
• Coordinate regional product launches and price list management.
• Maintain regional dashboards and monitor product lifecycle.
• Lead assigned projects with focus on quality and timely delivery.
