Job summary

Essity is seeking a Commercial Insights Analyst (d/f/m) in advanced analytics to develop and deploy statistical and predictive models. The role focuses on supporting business decisions with analytics in pricing and commercial analytics, leveraging Databricks, Python, and ML know-how.

You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, and contribute to AI tool development. Collaboration across functions is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Advanced Analytics, ML, or AI.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of modeling techniques, programming languages, and tools (Databricks, Python, Spark, ML/AI).
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), SAP, CRM systems, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Apply statistical techniques and ML models to solve business problems.
• Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL.
• Work with Databricks for data engineering and advanced analytics workloads.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions.
• Support development and deployment of analytical and AI tools to enhance data capabilities.
• Create automation solutions using PowerShell, PowerApps, and/or VBA.
