Shadeform, a GPU cloud marketplace in Poland, seeks a Colocation & Data Center Manager to develop capacity and manage relationships with data center operators. In this role, you'll source capacity and help operators overcome barriers for growth while maintaining frequent communication with suppliers.

We're looking for candidates with 3+ years in business development or account management and a proven ability to build long-term relationships. This is a remote-first position with competitive salary and equity offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in business development or account management within data centers or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record of long-term commercial relationships.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and willing to travel occasionally.
