Job summary

Shadeform is a YC-backed GPU cloud marketplace that aggregates compute capacity across 30+ providers. We are hiring a Sourcing Manager to own the supply side, identify, qualify, and onboard GPU and data center providers, and manage these relationships to ensure high-quality capacity for our platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, partnerships, or supply-side account management in cloud/infrastructure.
• Ability to manage provider relationships end-to-end and negotiate terms.
• Familiarity with GPU/data-center hardware requirements (power, cooling, deployment).
• Comfort using a CRM to manage pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify GPU cloud and bare-metal providers and build a regional capacity pipeline.
• Own provider relationships from outreach to onboarding, listings and ongoing management.
• Negotiate terms and capacity commitments with the deal team.
• Maintain supply data and provider records in CRM, tracking capacity and pricing.
• Monitor market dynamics and feed intelligence to the team.
• Partner with sales and operations to match sourced capacity with demand.
