Job summary

KK Group in Kraków seeks a PLM Engineer to administer Windchill PLM and Codebeamer ALM platforms, ensuring stable operation and ongoing development. You will collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to influence the future of the PLM landscape.

You will manage day-to-day admin, escalation support, upgrades, health checks, and documentation while contributing to global ALM/PLM practices in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and operational support of ALM tools (Codebeamer preferred).
• Hands-on maintenance, upgrades, patching and health monitoring.
• 2nd/3rd line support for application incidents and service requests.
• Knowledge of Requirements, Test and Risk Management processes.
• Ability to monitor logs, performance metrics and storage usage.
• Experience with user access management, roles and license allocation.
• Experience with standard templates, workflows and configuration models.
• Ability to document technical processes and runbooks.
• Experience in global, cross-functional IT/Engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day admin and operational stability of the ALM/PLM platform.
• Act as 2nd/3rd line support for ALM incidents and service requests.
• Perform upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and health checks.
• Monitor system logs, performance metrics and storage usage; resolve issues.
• Configure Codebeamer to support Requirements, Test and Risk Management.
• Work with ALM Architects to implement standard templates, item types, and workflows.
• Manage access requests, roles, security groups, and license allocation.
• Maintain support documentation, user guidelines, and runbooks.
• Participate in continuous improvement of ALM processes and standards.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering and Business teams globally.
