ALM Engineer (Codebeamer) – Global PLM Platform Lead

Job summary

KK Group in Szczecin seeks a PLM Engineer to ensure the stable operation, administration, and ongoing development of Windchill and Codebeamer ALM platforms. You will collaborate with international teams to influence the future of PLM.

Your responsibilities include 2nd/3rd line support, system upgrades, health checks, and documentation. You will implement templates, workflows, access controls, and contribute to continuous improvement of ALM processes across global IT and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and operational support of ALM tools, preferably Codebeamer or similar ALM/PLM platforms.
• Hands-on system maintenance, configuration, upgrades, patching, and health checks.
• 2nd/3rd line support for ALM/PLM incidents and requests.
• Knowledge of Requirements Management, Test Management, and Risk Management processes.
• Monitor logs, metrics, and storage usage; proactively resolve issues.
• User access management, roles, security groups, and licenses.
• Templates, workflows, item types, and configuration models.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, runbooks.
• Experience in global, cross-functional IT/Engineering/Business environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operational stability of the Codebeamer ALM platform.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for ALM incidents and service requests.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and health checks.
• Monitor system logs, performance metrics, and storage usage.
• Configure Codebeamer to support Requirements, Test, and Risk Management.
• Collaborate with ALM Architects to implement templates, item types, and workflows.
• Manage access requests, roles, security groups, and license allocation.
• Maintain support documentation, user guidelines, and runbooks.
• Participate in continuous improvement of ALM processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT/ Engineering/ Business in global ALM/PLM programme.
