Job summary

Red Sky is recruiting for a genuine co-founder role to own the company's technology strategy and product delivery for Mervensa, an AI SaaS startup. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO, hands-on coding in early stages, and gradually build and lead the engineering team while shaping platform architecture and product direction.

The role is hybrid (Tricity or Warsaw), with frequent office days and travel between locations, and requires full-time commitment while contributing to strategic

Qualifications

• Experience as a founding engineer or taking a product from 0 to 1.
• Strong B2B SaaS experience.
• Hands-on AI implementation experience or AI-native approach.
• Strong full-stack software engineering background.
• Excellent software architecture and cloud engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and product instincts.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to commit full-time.

Responsibilities

• Owning the technology vision and technical roadmap.
• Leading software architecture and engineering decisions.
• Actively developing product features and contributing production-quality code.
• Building secure, scalable, enterprise-grade multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• Collaborating with the Founder & CEO on product strategy and priorities.
• Recruiting, mentoring and leading the engineering team.
• Establishing engineering standards, testing, CI/CD and processes.
• Ensuring platform security, reliability and operations.
• Evaluating emerging AI technologies and applying them where valuable.
• Fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
