Job summary

Xebia seeks a Senior Cloud Architecture & Pre-sales professional to drive technical pre-sales, bid responses, and solution design across Azure, AWS, and GCP.

You will co-author proposals, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and define migration strategies while ensuring security and cost efficiency in client engagements. Travel for workshops and executive meetings is required; fluent Polish and English are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in software development and 5+ years in cloud architecture.
• Proven experience in pre-sales, bid management, and RFP/RFI creation.
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures, pricing models, and cost estimation tools.
• Solid knowledge of Agile delivery models and client alignment.
• Willingness to travel for client workshops and meetings.
• Fluent Polish and English (min B2+).

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in pre-sales and bid processes, including solution design and risk assessment.
• Lead technical offers by orchestrating cross-functional solution teams.
• Co-author proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs in alignment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with sales teams to build technical narratives and value propositions.
• Design cloud-native and hybrid architectures across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Define migration strategies and high-level architectures with cloud architects.
• Lead discovery and solution design workshops translating requirements into architectures.
• Ensure security, compliance, and feasibility throughout the pre-sales cycle.
