Job summary

Kingfisher plc in Kraków is seeking a senior engineering leader to deliver roadmaps for Cloud Platforms squads. You will work with Principal Engineer and engineering teams across multiple squads to build and operate core cloud platforms used by services.

You will lead and influence cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and partner with the chapter to shape career development and engineering strategy. This role is hybrid, with office presence in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience developing software with a quality focus, and strong DevOps practices, monitoring and cloud environments.
• Experience leading impactful software engineering teams and applying quality governance.
• Able to facilitate Cloud Engineers to remove barriers and silos.
• Broad IT industry understanding and awareness of retail sector needs.
• Experience driving change in large, matrixed organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and RCA capabilities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
