Job summary

Motorola Solutions Polska is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to help drive large-scale distributed systems. You will work within CPS Drive on cloud-based services using .NET Core and Go, migrating Python code to Go, with REST and gRPC communications and Kubernetes-based deployments.

You will join a team responsible for designing architecture, scaling infrastructure, and delivering features aligned with product goals, while participating in on-call rotations and continuous learning

Qualifications

3+ years of software development experience.
Experience building scalable cloud-hosted applications (public or private).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CS/SE/math or related field.

Responsibilities

Influence and create new designs, software, architecture, and methods for deploying large-scale distributed systems.
Be a contributing member of the teams that define the technical approach, system and software architecture.
Learn and deeply understand the range of Motorola Solutions internal platforms.
Create a technical approach and a design for new features that span the organization.
Drive new capabilities and requirements in our platforms to support new product features.
Take part in an on-call rotation (one sprint on, multiple sprint off).
