Job summary

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o seeks a software engineer to join a remote-first team building cloud-based public safety software. You will deliver mission-critical, real-time systems that are scalable and highly available, in an Agile/Scrum setting.

The role emphasizes mentorship, learning new technologies, and collaboration across teams, with a focus on C#, Java, Go and cloud-native skills in Kubernetes and Docker.

Qualifications

• Background in modern software development practices, principles, and tools.
• Results driven, and disciplined engineer learning to create solid, well crafted code.
• Enthusiasm for increasing and exploring new technologies.
• Willingness to mentor, and share knowledge with respect for others.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience building applications a plus (3-4 years).
• Experience with microservices and containerized solutions (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Engineer in an Agile/Scrum team delivering cloud-based public safety software.
• Develop maintainable, testable, scalable and high-availability services.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in feature breakdown, story grooming, and sprint estimation.
