Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, implement, and maintain on-premise OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters across private hardware. The role emphasizes automation, security hardening, and performance tuning for mission-critical public safety applications.

You will lead complex projects, mentor junior engineers, and ensure high availability in bare-metal and virtualized environments with strong collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Systems/Platform/SRE with on-premise focus.
• Experience deploying production-grade Kubernetes or OpenShift on bare-metal or private hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of RedHat OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters on private hardware.
• Build and maintain IaC pipelines to automate provisioning and deployment.
• Troubleshoot complex networking, storage, or container orchestration issues.
• Implement CIS hardening and security best practices in air-gapped environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and review code/configuration to ensure quality.
