Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a software engineer to join the ACQA Engines Crew within the IB Risk Technology Stream. The role focuses on building a cloud-native analytics and risk platform (ACQA) with Python at its core, plus Java/Scala and Spark for big data workloads.

You’ll work in an agile, global team of engineers, traders, risk managers and finance users, delivering robust software and scalable data solutions while embracing testing, DevOps practices and collaboration across pods.

Qualifications

• Python development at scale with testing and quality practices.
• Java/Scala experience in production environments.
• PySpark and Spark experience on large datasets.
• Cloud-native platforms and Azure familiarity.
• Knowledge of financial derivatives, derivative risk, pricing, and Risk & PnL.
• Experience with testing frameworks and disciplined development.
