AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead technology initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. The role translates high-level goals into workstreams and dependencies, coordinating with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and blockers.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in technical program management or similar
Proven experience leading complex technology programs with multiple engineering teams
Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs/integrations, databases and engineering delivery processes
Practical understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS and GCP and mapping AWS services to GCP equivalents
Experience in cloud migration programs; hands-on AWS-to-GCP migration is highly desirable
Ability to translate high-level programs into detailed workstreams, milestones and plans
Experience coordinating testing, validation, data reconciliation, release/cutover activities and production readiness
Strong ownership, risk management, stakeholder communication and executive reporting skills

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical program across engineering teams
Drive execution of product integration, including workflows, dependencies, testing and milestones
Lead planning and coordination for AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, including validation and production cutover readiness
Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones and execution plans
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand architecture, APIs and cloud services and unblock issues
Coordinate activities across multiple teams and manage dependencies
Establish structures for roadmap/backlog tracking, risk management and issue escalation
Prepare weekly program/status reports and present to stakeholders and senior management
Refine roadmap and backlog as integration and migration progresses
Drive collaboration across distributed teams (India and New York)
Maintain understanding of AWS/GCP and mapping between services
Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve execution, reporting and problem solving
