Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. in Szczecin is seeking a GCP Cloud Engineer to architect and manage cloud infrastructure using GKE, Cloud Run, and Terraform. Lead a migration from AWS to GCP while shaping target architectures and production cutover.

You will collaborate on CI/CD with Azure DevOps, script in Python/Bash/PowerShell, and implement secure IAM, networking, and cost-optimized solutions across GCP environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Cloud Engineering focusing on GCP.
• Strong knowledge of GCP services (GKE, Compute Engine, IAM, VPC, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud Load Balancing).
• Hands-on with Terraform for provisioning.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Experience in at least one AWS-to-GCP migration.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles, IAM, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and maintain GCP resources via Terraform or other automation.
• Implement Google Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, and Filestore for data storage and processing needs.
• Manage and configure Cloud Load Balancers for high availability and scalability.
• Design and implement cloud networking, IAM, security, and landing-zone components.
• Optimize resource allocation, monitoring, and cost efficiency across GCP environments.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize workloads on GKE.
• Work with Helm charts for microservices deployments.
• Automate scaling, rolling updates, and zero-downtime deployments.
• Move Kubernetes workloads across clouds where required.
• Deploy and manage applications on Cloud Run and Cloud Functions for scalable workloads.
• Optimize containerized applications running on Cloud Run for cost efficiency and performance.
