Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross‑team initiatives spanning product integration and an AWS‑to‑GCP cloud migration.

You will translate strategic goals into detailed workstreams, drive dependencies, and coordinate architecture, APIs, and technical blockers with distributed engineering teams in India and North America.

A strong cloud background, executive reporting skills, and hands‑on migration experience are essential to deliver milestones on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading complex technology programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Strong technical understanding of software systems, architecture, APIs, databases, and delivery processes.
• Practical understanding of cloud platforms, especially AWS and GCP, including migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program across multiple AgileEngine engineering teams.
• Drive execution of product integration including workflows, dependencies, testing, and milestones.
• Lead planning for AWS-to-GCP cloud migration: planning, validation, parallel runs, testing, cutover readiness.
• Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans.
• Coordinate architecture, APIs/integrations, cloud services, and data with engineering leads to unblock issues.
• Manage dependencies across teams and communicate risks, blockers, and decisions to stakeholders.
