Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive technology initiatives, including product integration and an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration. You will translate high-level goals into workstreams and dependencies, coordinating with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and blockers.

Strong cloud knowledge and cross-border collaboration (India, New York) are essential. You’ll utilize AI-assisted tools to improve execution and reporting across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or a similar role.
• Experience leading complex technology programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of software systems, architecture, APIs, databases, and delivery processes.
• Cloud knowledge, especially AWS and GCP, and migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical program across engineering teams.
• Drive execution of product integration, including dependencies, testing, milestones, and delivery activities.
• Lead planning for AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, including validation, parallel runs, testing, and production readiness.
• Translate high-level initiatives into detailed workstreams, milestones, and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical leads to understand architecture, APIs, cloud services, and data dependencies.
