Job summary

AUTODOC is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our Cloud Infrastructure team. You will help maintain the stability and reliability of our production platform across multiple Kubernetes clusters and cloud services.

Work alongside SRE, Platform Engineering, and Security teams in a hybrid setup, gaining hands-on experience with cloud technologies, observability tools, and incident management while contributing to platform availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Infrastructure/Technical Support/System Administration/Cloud Operations or similar role.
• Practical Linux OS experience.
• Understanding of Kubernetes concepts and Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation of Google Cloud Platform and Google Kubernetes Engine.
• Monitor production health with VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, VictoriaLogs, Prometheus and Alertmanager.
• Investigate alerts, review dashboards and identify service degradation.
• Participate in incident response with first-level troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Perform Kubernetes operational tasks and assist with application rollouts.
• Create small scripts/utilities in Python or Bash to improve automation.
• Collaborate with SRE, Platform Engineering, Security and Software Engineering teams.
• Support initiatives to improve availability, reliability and backup validation.
