Job summary

Reply Group is seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to design and implement CI/CD pipelines across multi-environment deployments in a hybrid work setting. You will develop cloud automation with IaC, manage security architectures, and optimize Azure platforms for performance and cost efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with Azure services, Kubernetes, and strong English/Polish communication. Office visits are expected at least once per month in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Experience designing and operating scalable Azure cloud platforms with focus on infrastructure, networking, and security for enterprise environments.
• Hands-on IaC and CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps; containerization and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML for automated deployments.
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure automation with IaC (Bicep) and Azure-native services.
• Design and enforce secure cloud architectures with least-privilege access and compliant patterns.
• Operate and optimize Azure environments for performance, cost, and high availability; implement monitoring via Application Insights and Log Analytics.
• Design and support Azure networking infrastructure including DNS, Private Endpoints, Private Link, and VPN connectivity.
• Collaborate with development teams, customers, and vendors to enable integrations and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Drive security initiatives, compliance programs, and continuous improvement as a technical consultant.

• Azure DevOps Pipeline Engineering: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and YAML to ensure reliable, automated deployments across multiple environments.
• Infrastructure as Code Management: Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure automation using Bicep and Azure-native services. Ensure all infrastructure is version-controlled, scalable, and adheres to enterprise standards.
• Security and Compliance Implementation: Design and enforce secure cloud architectures utilizing managed identities, least-privilege access principles, and compliant integration patterns to maintain robust security postures.
• Platform Operations and Optimization: Operate and optimize Azure environments for performance, cost efficiency, and high availability. Implement monitoring solutions using Application Insights and Log Analytics while supporting incident response activities.
• Network Solutions and Connectivity: Design and support a comprehensive Azure networking infrastructure, including DNS management, Private Endpoints, Private Link configurations, and VPN connectivity solutions.
• Cross-Team Collaboration and Enablement: Partner closely with development teams, customers, and vendors to facilitate application integrations, coordinate system changes, and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Consulting and Strategy: Drive security initiatives, compliance programs, and continuous improvement efforts while serving as a technical consultant across cloud infrastructure and platform topics.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Experience designing and operating scalable, reliable cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure. Strong background in Azure infrastructure, networking, and security for enterprise platform environments.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps.
• Experience with containerization technologies, cloud-native deployment patterns, and Azure services, including App Services and Kubernetes.
• Very good English and Polish level.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode with at least 1 visit to the office per month.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java programming and distributed systems technologies, including Kafka and Flink.
