Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Analyst focused on IT financials and procurement to partner with IT and Finance leaders in a hybrid Katowice office. You will support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend governance across the IT portfolio, and provide visibility into operating and capital expenditures.

You will also oversee cloud FinOps, identify cost drivers, and collaborate on cost optimization projects. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 3–5+ years in IT financial analysis, budgeting, procurement, or similar roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost/benefit analyses.
• Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT and business leaders to develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate insights to partners.
• Oversee cloud spend and drive FinOps transparency across platforms.
• Manage IT procurement lifecycle including requisitions, POs, and vendor coordination.
