Job summary

Siemens Energy ищет опытного бэкенд-разработчика для создания масштабируемых сервисов и API в облаке и интеграции AI/ML решений в бизнес-процессы. Взаимодействие с командами AI, фронтенд и облачных платформ для доставки надёжных корпоративных приложений.

Требуется 5+ лет опыта в backend-разработке, знания Python-фреймворков (FastAPI/Flask/Django), а также опыт работы с контейнеризацией, CI/CD и IaC. Наличие облачных сертификаций приветствуется.

Qualifications

• Требуется степень бакалавра или магистра в области информатики или инженерии ПО.
• Опыт 5+ лет в бэкенд-разработке, включая интеграцию и масштабирование AI/ML.
• Наличие облачных сертификатов (AWS/Azure).
• Опыт разработки RESTful и gRPC API; владение микросервисной архитектурой.
• Экспертиза в облачных технологиях, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD и IaC (Terraform).
• Опыт работы с SQL/NoSQL базами данных и конвейерами данных.

Responsibilities

• Проектирование и развитие масштабируемых бэкенд-сервисов и API для развёртывания AI/ML моделей.
• Оптимизация производительности бэкенда для высокой пропускной способности и низкой задержки.
• Интеграция решений AI/ML с существующими системами закупок и аналитики.
• Разработка и обслуживание डेटा-пайплайнов для ingest, preprocessing и storage.
• Сотрудничество с учёными данными и аналитиками для обеспечения качества данных.
• Обеспечение безопасности данных, соответствие требованиям и governance в облаке.
• Настройка CI/CD пайплайнов, мониторинг и тестирование.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native applications. You will transform innovative AI prototypes into secure, maintainable, and production-ready solutions, while driving improvements in software architecture, performance, and code quality. Working closely with AI, frontend, cloud, and platform teams, you will help deliver robust enterprise applications that create real business value.

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable backend services and APIs to support AI/ML model deployment.
• Optimize backend performance for high-throughput, low-latency AI inference and data retrieval.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with existing procurement systems and business analytics platforms.
• Develop and manage efficient data pipelines for ingestion, preprocessing, and storage of structured and unstructured procurement data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analytics teams to ensure clean, reliable data delivery for AI training and inference.
• Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance within the cloud environment.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI backend services.
• Implement containerization and orchestrate cloud-based microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system health, logging, and performance metrics to ensure high availability of AI services.

Требования:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of professional backend software engineering experience, with at least 2 years focused on integrating and scaling AI/ML models.
• Holds industry-recognized cloud certifications, including AWS Certified Developer – Associate and Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, demonstrating expertise in developing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications across AWS and Azure environments.
• Advanced backend development using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django to build scalable, high-performance applications.
• Design, development, and integration of RESTful and gRPC APIs, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient communication between systems.
• Expertise in microservices architecture, applying software design patterns and best practices to deliver maintainable, resilient, and cloud-ready solutions.
• Strong expertise in AI & Data Engineering, including SQL and NoSQL database management (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), development and orchestration of scalable data pipelines using tools such as Apache Airflow and Spark, and integration of advanced AI/ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face to support data-driven and intelligent applications.
• Strong expertise in Cloud & DevOps, including hands‑on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, and the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform to enable scalable, automated, and reliable application deployments.
