Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Azure DevOps & Integration Engineer to bolster our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise integrations. You will automate deployments, manage resources, and ensure reliability, security, and performance of Azure-based platforms.

The role demands hands-on expertise with Azure services, IaC, and integration technologies, collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work in Katowice with a mix of on-site and remote days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in Azure Cloud, DevOps, and Integration technologies.
• Hands‑on experience in application and platform support, including incident resolution, service requests, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards), Git, CI/CD implementation, and release management processes.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, including Azure Logic Apps, API Management (APIM), Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and Event Grid.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates, and experience managing Azure cloud resources.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM Templates.
• Manage source control repositories, branching strategies, and release processes.
• Develop and support integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management (APIM).
• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, secret management, and compliance controls.
• Troubleshoot deployment, integration, and production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures.
• Support cloud migration, modernization, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of Azure-hosted applications and integration services.
• Participate in incident management, change management, and continuous improvement activities.
• Implement and maintain API integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Optimize deployment processes, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency through automation.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for Azure, DevOps, and integration technologies.
