Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a software engineer to join the ACQA Engines Crew in the IB Risk Technology Stream. You’ll contribute to a cloud-native analytics platform, mainly Python, with Java and Scala where needed, collaborating with traders, risk managers and finance users.

You’ll work on scalable data processing, testing frameworks and DevOps practices to deliver production-grade software that supports risk and PnL for investment banking.

Qualifications

• Deep software engineering background with multiple languages.
• Strong communication, written and spoken.
• Experience building in Python at scale.
• Familiarity with Spark and big data processing.
• Knowledge of financial derivatives risk and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python and JVM-based services for analytics.
