ICON Strategic Solutions in Poland seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead global clinical trials as an FSP Clinical Study Manager dedicated to a single sponsor. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards across complex studies.

You will oversee CRO/vendor selection, study plans, risk mitigation and regulatory readiness, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes for trials that matter to patients worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry and/or CRO.
• 3+ years in clinical study management oversight on global level.
• Experience with vendor selection and oversight.
• Fluent business English (oral and written).

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure global trials are on time and within budget.
• Oversee CRO/vendor selection, budgeting, and performance supervision.
• Review monitoring documents, study plans, and trial data; ensure compliance.
• Prepare for inspections and regulatory filings; ensure inspection readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and governance committees.
