Job summary

Abbott is hiring a Clinical Specialist - Physiology and Imaging in Poland to join the AV Vascular team. The role is field-based with large travel across Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeships, supporting physicians and technical teams.

You will train, educate, and implement global product strategies, while engaging with key opinion leaders and the sales force to ensure consistent, high-quality clinical messaging across the territory.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in science, commercial or similar preferred.
• Cath lab experience and understanding of cardiac products.
• Understanding of local sales environment and market conditions.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Sales experience in cardiovascular environment is a definite plus.
• Multinational company experience is an asset.
• Willingness to travel approx. 70% of time.
• Project planning skills and analytical capabilities.
• Strong strategic and conceptual capabilities.
• Ability to interface with customers and key opinion leaders.

Responsibilities

• Be the key products expert in area of responsibility, both commercial and clinically.
• Train, educate and establish standards of practice for use of key products.
• Identify and collaborate with KOLs to develop the imaging and physiology markets.
• Adapt and implement the key products global strategy in Poland.
• Design and execute key product tactic plans which allow strategy implementation.
• Define necessary key products market research in collaboration with Marketing.
• Collaborating with Sales Team on daily basis.
• Assure adaptation and consistency of promotional materials, in collaboration with Marketing.
• Collaboration with Marketing, Health Economics and the Sales Force in the strategy and tactic of the different stakeholders.
• Identify new clinical, scientific or cost-effectiveness needs and report them to Medical Science.
• Review key products training materials produced by Marketing and Medical Science and redefine necessary issues.

The Opportunity

For our Abbott Vascular Division AV we are currently looking for a Clinical Specialist - Physiology and Imaging to join our great team in Poland.

This is a field-based position requiring daily travel across the assigned territory (Kujawsko-Pomorskie, Zachodniopomorskie, Pomorskie, and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeships). The successful candidate is expected to be based within this territory and provide occasional support to other locations in Poland.
