Job summary

Indero in Poland seeks a senior recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, build sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently. You will coordinate ATS postings and drive a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of in-house recruiting experience, familiarity with clinical practices, and strong knowledge of ATS and MS Office. Warsaw-based position with flexible work options and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS and candidate sourcing.
• Knowledge of clinical practices and FDA/Health Canada regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting and candidate experience.
• Coordinate job postings in ATS and manage statuses.
• Develop talent acquisition strategy and sourcing plans.
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
• Prepare offer details and onboarding coordination.
• Support employer branding and social media strategy.
• Ensure legal eligibility to work in Poland.
• Maintain recruitment analytics and reports.
