Job summary

Indero in Poland seeks a senior recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, build sourcing strategies, and partner with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently. You will coordinate ATS postings and drive a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5–7 years of in-house recruiting experience, familiarity with clinical practices, and strong knowledge of ATS and MS Office. Warsaw-based position with flexible work options and ongoing development opportunities.

Описание: Indero is a global contract research organization focused on dermatology and rheumatology. It provides end-to-end clinical research and trial delivery services for biotech and pharmaceutical sponsors, including protocol design, patient recruitment, trial monitoring, and biometrics.

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process and ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Ensure timely communication and feedback, interviewer preparedness, and effective interview structuring
• Create and support the talent acquisition strategy
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and execute sourcing and recruiting plans
• Identify position requirements and sourcing strategies with hiring managers
• Coach and lead hiring managers on recruitment best practices
• Coordinate job postings in the Applicant Tracking System and manage candidate statuses
• Identify sourcing channels for different positions and skill sets
• Conduct screening interviews and prepare shortlist briefs for hiring managers
• Act as the point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain talent acquisition application systems and recruitment accounts
• Manage pre-employment processes, including background verification and references
• Support Employer Branding initiatives
• Establish a social media strategy to promote open positions
• Proactively source talent using appropriate platforms
• Develop and update recruiting reports and analytics
• Lead and participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives
• Prepare offer details for offer letters and employment contracts
• Coordinate with the HR Business Partner to ensure a smooth transition into onboarding

Требования

• University degree in Human Resources, administration, psychology, or another relevant field
• 5–7 Years of in-house recruiting experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate sourcing
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to develop creative recruiting and talent identification strategies
• High confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of clinical practices and applicable Health Canada and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations and guidelines
