Job summary

Velocity Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I to conduct and manage clinical trials in accordance with the study protocol, GCP, and Velocity’s SOPs. The role involves coordinating start-up activities, subject recruitment, regulatory documentation, data entry, and ensuring timely query resolution.

You will communicate with sponsors, CROs, and vendors while maintaining patient safety and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of life science experience OR Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience OR High School + 3 years experience in life sciences.
• Phlebotomy and intramuscular dose administration may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage clinical trials following study protocol, GCP, and SOPs.
• Coordinate assigned trials including start-up, recruitment, data entry, and regulatory document collection.
• Ensure adverse events are reported and data is accurately entered into sponsor systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure patient safety throughout trials.
