IQVIA Inc. in Poland is seeking an Analyst, Payment Lead to manage end-to-end investigator/site payment processes. You will oversee payment calculations, PO creation, and cross-functional coordination with the Contract & Centralized Services team and trial sites.

The role requires English/Polish fluency, a bachelor’s degree, and 2–3 years in pharma/clinical research or related payment processing. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• 2-3 years’ pharmaceutical/clinical research exposure preferred.
• Experience with clinical payment processing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end investigator/site payment processes.
• Calculate payments, create and manage purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Contract & Centralized Services, GCO teams and sites.
• Ensure payments align with CTA frequency and regional requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance.
