Job summary

IQVIA, a leading global provider of clinical research services, seeks a professional to manage end-to-end investigator/site payment processes within Contract & Centralized Services. You will coordinate with multiple teams and sites, ensure timely payments, and maintain data privacy and audit readiness.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2–3 years in pharma/clinical research, and strong English and Polish communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end investigator/site payment processes, including payment calculations and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Contract & Centralized Services, other GCO teams, and sites.
• Deliver timely payment-related inquiries and issue resolution with external stakeholders.
• Maintain audit readiness and data privacy compliance for payments.
• Contribute to regional/global payment process enhancements and efficiencies.
