Join Us as Clinical Specialist – EMEA (Krakow, Poland)

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting global clinical programs and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and professional nursing organizations to ensure clinical accuracy, compliance, and alignment with emerging healthcare trends. This role involves coordinating projects, meetings, and communications, supporting research initiatives, and maintaining clinical materials to meet brand and regulatory standards.

What will your role be?
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director and cross‑functional teams to support clinical program execution, review clinical content for accuracy, and assist in operational coordination.
  • Support global clinical initiatives, new product development (NPD) projects, research projects, and program rollouts by assisting with clinical data collection, reporting, documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols and evidence‑based practices.
  • Assist with KOL onboarding and collaboration activities, including coordination, communications, and contributions to clinical or research initiatives.
  • Lead meetings and coordinate projects, communications, and program execution with global and regional teams.
  • Ensure all clinical materials meet brand, regulatory, and clinical quality standards, including compliance checks and clinical accuracy.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, summarize insights, and communicate updates to stakeholders, evaluating program effectiveness.
  • Maintain and manage clinical materials, publications, and continuing education (CE) content, ensuring accuracy, version control, and alignment with global clinical priorities.
What will you bring to Ansell?
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing; additional certifications in eLearning, instructional design, or digital content management are a plus.
  • Clinical experience (internships or work experience) in hospitals, preferably surgical units, with knowledge of sterile practices, perioperative nursing, and clinical workflows.
  • Experience supporting clinical programs, workshops, or training sessions.
  • Familiarity with research initiatives, clinical studies, or data collection.
    Strong understanding of current clinical guidelines, evidence‑based practices, and emerging healthcare trends.
  • Ability to review and evaluate clinical content for accuracy and relevance.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with global teams and KOLs.
  • Comfortable leading meetings, tracking progress, and reporting metrics.
  • Awareness of compliance, regulatory, and copyright requirements in healthcare content.
  • Flexibility to attend out‑of‑hours global meetings and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 25%).
