Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned territory, identifying high-value interactions with HCPs and hospital stakeholders.
  • Deliver scientifically robust, compliant, and differentiated engagements with hospital customers.
  • Develop and execute a detailed territory business plan within budget and timelines.
  • Leverage insights and data analytics to optimise targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation.
  • Complete all required training programmes to achieve product and therapy area expertise.
  • Use Veeva CRM and associated digital tools to support territory planning and hybrid engagement.
  • Present clinical, health-economic, and value-based data to key decision makers and formulary committees.
  • Provide educational support on the safe, appropriate use of the product.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and HCPs with special interest in the therapies.

We are seeking a highly talented Hospital Sales Specialists to drive the commercial success of a breakthrough therapy portfolio across Europe. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a European team and make a direct impact on patient outcomes across multiple products.

This role will require a deep understanding of the hospital environment, including treatment pathways, formulary processes, and key decision-making networks. You will lead the development and execution of local business plans that deliver on forecasted objectives while ensuring high-quality, compliant, and insight-driven interactions through both in-person and virtual channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES
