Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
Mindray is seeking a Clinical & Academic Marketing Manager for Patient Monitoring & Life Support in Europe. You will bridge clinical practice with product strategy, engaging with leading clinicians and KOLs to shape R&D input and educational content.
In this newly created role, you will build strategic partnerships with hospitals, universities and research institutions across Europe, translate insights into technical requirements, and train regional sales teams while traveling across the region.

Turn clinical insight into the next generation of patient care technology.
In this newly created role, you will connect clinical practice with product innovation, enhancing your trusted relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and translating their insights into meaningful direction for our R&D and product teams.
Working across priority hospitals, universities and research institutions, you will engage senior clinicians in intensive care, anesthesia, perioperative medicine and related fields. You will help us understand unmet clinical needs before product launch and ensure that European customer perspectives inform future development.
This is not a traditional marketing role. It is a high-impact clinical and technical position for someone who can hold credible conversations with senior clinicians, understand complex care pathways and convert the voice of the customer into clear product-development input.
You will bring an unusual and valuable blend of clinical credibility, technical understanding and KOL relationship-building expertise. You may currently work in clinical affairs, medical affairs, clinical applications, clinical development, scientific affairs or a clinically focused product role. Your title matters less than your ability to connect clinicians and technology.
You ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully and understand how technology fits within real clinical workflows.
You are comfortable speaking with senior clinicians and equally able to turn their feedback into structured internal requirements.
You enjoy creating long-term professional relationships with experts, hospitals and academic partners.
You are motivated by influencing future products, not simply promoting solutions that already exist.
If you have the clinical credibility, technical mindset and relationship-building skills to help shape future medical technology, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Mindray is committed to building an inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.
