Job summary

A lead Climate & Catastrophe Risk Analyst role at Aon plc offers hybrid work, combining virtual collaboration with office presence in Kraków. You will deliver climate risk insights, support risk modeling, and work with consultants, engineers, brokers and global partners across EMEA to help clients understand hazards.

The ideal candidate has a GIS/Data Science or related degree, strong data analytics skills, and excellent communication in an international setting.

Qualifications

Experience with data analysis, risk modeling or analytics tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration in international teams.
Experience in insurance, risk consulting, climate risk or modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare assessments and reports on climate and natural hazards.
Analyze data used in risk modeling and reporting activities.
Collaborate with engineering, broking, and consulting teams across EMEA and globally.
Improve digital tools, reporting templates, and analytical processes.
Act as key user of internal systems and contribute to process optimization.
Share knowledge, mentor junior colleagues.
