Job summary

Aon’s Risk Engineering Hub in Kraków is seeking a curious analyst to grow in climate risk, analytics, and insurance. You will support engineering teams across the EMEA region by preparing risk reports, maintaining data, and ensuring accurate documentation.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with consultants, brokers, engineers, and support teams across multiple countries, participate in process improvements, and gain international exposure with structured learning and career growth

Qualifications

• Interest in data, analytics, climate risk, engineering, or insurance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

What The Day Will Look Like
