American Consumer Credit Counseling seeks a Client Success Team Trainer to design, implement, and facilitate dynamic training programs for CSMs and Disbursement Representatives. The role focuses on integrating automation and AI technologies to boost service outcomes and efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading certification training, managing CEU compliance, maintaining SOPs, and collaborating with leadership to drive impactful training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service or related role.
• Must obtain PFE Debt Management Professional Certification within 12 months of hire.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials including manuals, presentations, and multimedia content.
• Facilitate interactive training on communication and customer service best practices.
• Monitor trainee progress with assessments and coaching.
• Develop and monitor training timeframes for tasks.
• Stay informed on industry trends and training methods.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and goals.
• Lead certification preparation and ensure compliance.
• Track CEU requirements for CSMs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for consistency and compliance.
• Support the Training Committee in program design and execution.
