Job summary

GR8_TECH in Warsaw is seeking an Account/Delivery Manager to assure stability and performance across a dedicated iGaming client portfolio. You will orchestrate internal teams and ensure contractual commitments are met.

You will drive cross-functional coordination with Payments, Support, Affiliates, and Development; monitor SLAs; report on performance; and spearhead improvements to workflows and feature requests, while growing client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in account management or project delivery, with at least 1 year in iGaming.
• Advanced English; fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
• Experience with task management tools and SDLC workflows.
• Knowledge of web services, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own operational success and day-to-day communication for a dedicated portfolio of iGaming clients.
• Escalation point for operational issues; drive rapid resolution and post-incident communications.
• Build trust with client stakeholders to ensure long-term retention and health.
• Coordinate internal delivery across Payments, Customer Support, Affiliates, and Development teams.
• Track SLAs and deliver routine performance reports.
• Document processes and manage product feature requests and status visibility.
