Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION Poland seeks a Client Service Specialist to support onboarding and maintain client accounts, ensuring compliance and timely service. You will work with clients, sub-custodians and internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

You will monitor market changes, assist with fund launches and account openings, and respond promptly to inquiries while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. The role requires at least 3 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• University students or graduates in finance, accounting or business related degree is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Experience with client onboarding or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as point of contact with clients, sub-custodians and internal departments for market activities.
• Monitor market changes to keep accounts compliant with regulations.
• Assist clients with new fund launches and account opening packages.
• Maintain and close accounts, including mergers, name changes and renewals.
• Provide prompt responses and timely processing of inquiries.
