Job summary

Nasdaq in Poland (Wrocław) is seeking an NMS Business Analyst to bridge clients and internal teams by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive delivery.

You will collaborate across time zones, gather and validate requirements, support design, development, testing, and go-live phases, and provide training to end users on new system functionality, ensuring smooth adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in business analysis including requirements gathering, project implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Knowledge of capital markets and trading concepts in client-facing contexts.
• Familiarity with relational databases and financial messaging standards used in trading environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexibility to support EMEA clients across varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, building relationships and ensuring satisfaction from implementation through ongoing support.
• Support project delivery across design, development, testing, and go-live phases.
• Provide training to end users on new system functionality and respond to queries for smooth adoption.
• Contribute to project planning: scope, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, under guidance of senior colleagues.
