Job summary

BNY seeks an Analyst (Specialist), Client Coverage to join our Corporate Trust team in Wrocław, Poland. You will support client servicing, KPI reporting, meetings coordination, and onboarding tasks to drive growth.

You will work with RM, KYC, and Client Service teams to streamline processes and enhance data quality across eCRM and decks for pitches. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years total work experience preferred.
• Experience in Relationship Management, Client Services or Account Management preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Data Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely monthly KPI completion for all Clients.
• Assist in coordinating and setting up Client Service Review meetings.
• Assist in posting Client call reports to eCRM.
• Assist RM in creation and updating of presentation decks for client pitches.
• Build knowledge of eCRM and keep RM entries accurate.
• Support onboarding tasks with RM team and others.
• Collaborate with RM, TMG, KYC, Client Service to streamline onboarding.
• Conduct market analysis and data analytics for growth.
• Familiarize with ODM and Client fee schedules.
• Assist KYC profile requirements in a timely manner.
