Job summary

ZEDRA in Warsaw seeks a motivated Junior Client Bookkeeper to join our growing team. You will support delivering accurate bookkeeping services across a portfolio of trust and company structures, working closely with Trust Administration teams to keep financial records precise.

You will perform bank, investment, and property transaction bookkeeping, complete reconciliations, and maintain records in line with policies.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping for bank, investment, and property transactions.
• Complete account and control reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with Trust Administration teams to resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Utilize online banking and accounting systems effectively.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and support team initiatives as required.
