Job summary

Autodesk Customer Success is seeking highly motivated trusted advisors to help customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes. You will deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk solutions and act as a technical trusted advisor with product expertise.

Additionally, you will build packaged service offerings, deliver digital content via webinars, and develop content that solves specific customer challenges while upholding CTS quality

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, with strong presentation abilities.
• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD in production settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and 5–6 years civil engineering or related field experience.
• Advanced understanding of industry needs, workflows and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor to customers, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers adopt and achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology.
• Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.
• Deliver digital content via 1:Many webinars for end users to drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions.
• Develop and update digital content adhering to CTS standards of quality and consistency, that solves specific customer challenges.
