Autodesk is seeking a Product Owner for the Civil 3D Product Management team in Krakow, Poland. You will partner with product managers, design, sales, and customers to translate problems into a strategic roadmap and drive delivery with Scrum teams.
You will leverage analytics and customer feedback to steer direction, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adoption of civil engineering design workflows. Strong communication and Autodesk Civil 3D familiarity are essential.

Partner with Product Managers, Business Strategy, Sales, and customers to identify customer problems, prioritize opportunities, and help translate them into product strategy, priorities, and roadmap investments.
Partner with Experience Design, customers, and engineering teams throughout discovery and research to validate concepts and align on product direction.
Lead backlog refinement, user story development, defect prioritization, and sprint planning activities with scrum teams to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes.
Partner across Product Management and Engineering teams responsible for adjacent capabilities to ensure consistent customer experiences and coordinated roadmaps.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Delivery teams to support successful product launches and customer adoption.
Use customer research, product analytics, experimentation, and feedback to continuously improve product direction and measure customer impact.
5+ years of experience in civil engineering, infrastructure software, or related technical product domains.
Strong familiarity with Autodesk Civil 3D and civil engineering design workflows preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with transportation, civil engineering, GIS, or adjacent AEC software ecosystems is a plus.
Experience translating problems into priorities, ideally as product backlogs, user stories, or product requirements.
Ability to leverage analytics and balance multiple inputs as part of the roadmap planning process.
Desire to engage with a range of stakeholders, from highly technical end users to business leaders.
